As a nervous first time estate executor, Scot made the home selling process easy and stress-free! Scot had great insights on how best to prepare the house for market and setting the best offering price to ensure a quick successful sale. He went above and beyond from suggesting various professionals to assist in any mitigation or repair work that needed to be done, to promptly returning calls and communications even when out of town to keep us in the information loop. His open and friendly approach helped us feel genuinely cared for and supported throughout the process. His dedication, efforts and expertise resulted in interest and sale the first week-end that the home was listed on the market. Even at closing, Scot resolved an open property tax issue within minutes, acting as go-between with state tax office and closing official and getting all paperwork adjusted on demand. Highly recommend Scot for anyone in need of an agent!

He helped us prep for listing our house, giving us the name of a very good handyman to fix a few known issues (as well as some revealed in the inspection) and put us in touch with an auction company to dispose of our excess furniture and other items we could not take to our new apartment. I was first introduced to Scot in 2019, when he was chosen to appraise my mother’s house as part of a probate for her estate. I was impressed with his professionalism and communication skills, and I also learned he was a realtor with Irongate. Scot went out of his way to assist us in obtaining a reliable roofer to replace a damaged roof at this property, and he continues to handle the communication between all parties. I have recommended Scot to our close friends whose daughter is looking for a home in Centerville at this time. I know he will take good care of her as he did with us.
